Coach Kat Riley is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) with an emphasis on coaching tactical athletes (Military, First Responders, and Martial Artists).

Coach Kat is a lifelong Martial Artist and served 7 years as a police officer in Virginia. During that time, she served as a patrol officer, a Gangs Unit Detective, a Special Victims Unit Detective and as a Training Academy Coordinator. She also developed and ran the Strength and Conditioning Program and Defensive Tactics Program for the department for five years before leaving in 2020 to work with tactical athletes full time.

Coach Kat’s experience allows her to help tactical athletes looking to pass or enhance their fitness tests; to improve their performance and recovery on the training mats; to manage existing injuries while staying active; and to limit future injuries in their jobs and sports.
