Small Group Personal Training: $95-$125/month
Enjoy a blend of online and in-person small group personal training at our facility in Hampton, Virginia.
Initial In-person or Online fitness assessment with Coach Kat

In-Person Small Group Personal Training with Coach Kat 3-6 days/week (depending on program selection)
Online workouts as needed to supplement in-person training days

12 Week Nutrition Reset Program: $95/month
Change your body and your performance with nutrition coaching that fits your lifestyle. This program includes:
Initial lifestyle/nutrition assessment
30 Min Educational Class with Coach Kat (via Zoom or in person)
Weekly check-ins with Coach Kat to monitor and guide your progress
Goal setting, nutrition, macro tracking, strategies for nourishing your body on the go, and meal prepping for success.
