I specialize in programing for tactical athletes (Military, First Responders and Martial Artists) to help them:

  • Perform at their best in their jobs and sports/hobbies.

  • Appropriately manage training load for athletes with high stress

Online Coaching: $75/month

Whether you have access to a full gym, military base gym, or at home gym, my online fitness program can be tailored to fit your needs:

  • Online Fitness Assessment

  • Personalized training app to program and track your workouts

  • Online Coaching and weekly online check-ins with Coach Kat

  • Tailored workouts 2-6 days/week as needed

  • 12 week minimum commitment

In Person fitness coaching

Small Group Personal Training: $95/month

Enjoy a blend of online and in-person small group personal training at our facility in Hampton, Virginia.

  • Initial In-person or Online fitness assessment with Coach Kat

  • Personalized training app to program and track your workouts

  • In-Person Small Group Personal Training with Coach Kat 2-6 days/week.

  • Online workouts as needed to supplement in-person training days

  • 12 week minimum commitment

12 week Nutrtition & Lifestyle Reset Program

12 Week Nutrition Reset Program: $95/month

Change your body and your performance with nutrition coaching that fits your lifestyle. This program includes:

  • Initial lifestyle/nutrition assessment

  • 30 Min Educational Class with Coach Kat (via Zoom or in person)

  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Kat to monitor and guide your progress

  • Goal setting, nutrition, macro tracking, strategies for nourishing your body on the go, and meal prepping for success.

  • 12 week minimum commitment

  • Add on to any online or in-person program for only $50/month
